Here is walkthrough for 3D Logic 2: Stronghold of Sage.
Levels are always the same, but the colors can change, and cube sides will sometimes be rotated, but the relative position of the colored markers is the same.

THESE ARE NOT THE SOLUTIONS FOR THE GAME. I'M PLAYING IT RIGHT NOW AND THESE ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE! GET IT RIGHT, PEOPLE!
Calm down, mate. These are the solutions, it's just that the sides change around in-game, meaning there are three possible complexes for each level.
You just need to identify common color spawn places and black walls to figure out which side is the beginning complex, to then go and find the rest of the complexes, eventually discovering, working and adjusting to fit the common complex.
Once that's done, you can then figure out which colors are your colors (for, as well as the complex shapes, are random), to then link each color spawner and eventually produce a finished result, to come onto the next level.
In step-by-step guide, I would suggest something like this:
1) Identify what level you are currently up to. This step should be easy, look in the top left corner of your game screen.
2) Find the level on this site, find which one of these solutions is your level. This is easy too, just scroll down until you find the right level block.
3) Identify black-squares and compare them to your level. For example, if there is two black squares on, say, the left side of the cube on the level suggestion, then simply find those two squares on your game. Work out the rest of these black squares. If no black squares are avaliable, simply find some color spawners.
4) Identify each color spawner on this site, and find the adjacent or similar color on your game. This step should be easy, too, once you can compare where the two black squares (as a simple, complexivative example) and work accordingly.
5) Work out the rest, or follow the guide, now knowing what side is which in comparison to your game and this site. Easy, again. Act like it is now the correct solution, that is to say suggestion.
